Nurse by night, photographer by day.
I vividly remember getting my first camera. It was on Christmas, and I was in third grade. It was a fun, teal colored, 35mm film point and shoot. I was in love. Fast forward to the eve of my wedding. My groom-to-be gave me a most spectacular wedding gift, my first DSLR. Now that's LOVE! It wasn't until after our first child was born that I really started learning how to use it.
Now even though my primary career as a labor and delivery nurse is super fulfilling, I love to share my hobby of photography with the sweet clients I meet. Capturing the tiny details of a precious newborn, the ornate lace on a wedding dress, a growing baby bump, or a simple family Christmas picture, is what I'm passionate about. These special moments come and go all too quickly, but thanks to photography, these memories can last a lifetime.
